This site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The lead forms on this site (Contact, Register Interest, ZED Sports Club Enquiry, Property Finder) work without cookies: the anti-spam token they use is held only in your browser's page memory for the duration of your visit and is never written to a cookie or to local storage.

If that changes — for example, if we introduce site analytics to understand which pages are useful — this page will be updated first, and where required by law we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

The separate ORA admin portal, used internally by our staff, does use a strictly necessary sign-in cookie to keep staff logged in; this is not set for visitors of the public website.
