Technical safeguards: we do not store your raw IP address — it is hashed with a salted algorithm before being saved, so it cannot be reversed to identify you. Your submission is also checked against automated-spam signals before it reaches our systems.
Retention: capture records that have been successfully passed to Salesforce are anonymized after a limited retention period. Salesforce retains your enquiry under its own data-handling policy for as long as needed to service your request.
Your rights: you may ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will action requests that concern data held on this website's systems directly, and forward requests concerning your Salesforce record to the team responsible for it.
